@a4 By all means. Take the leap. You will be better off. Don't make long term plans with this company.

@jj L3 cannot keep up with offers may as well accept and move on and not waste time with negotiations.
Just don't think you can dangle an offer from any of those companies to make L3 give you more money. You might get a little more, but you will have burned every bridge you might have had. Employers don't like being played. The word will spread quickly and you won't be welcome anywhere.
As for L3, they won't forget you held a g-n to their heads and they will make you suffer.
@d5 depends what you’re doing, I’ve heard some horror stories. Other popular NNJ options are CACI or Marotta. Which one is best greatly depends on your role though.
Depends on your location. If you're from northern New Jersey, many of the best of the best have found sanctuary at BAE
