there is no "struggling to recruit in the US", it's a flat refusal to recruit because it's "too expensive"..even though the cheap folks they are hiring in droves couldn't wipe their own butts without step by step instructions.
@OP the indoctrination in HR is severe and they hate white men…especially older than 45. You need to manifest lower oil production and higher OPC levels that is the only way you remain valuable…doubt or contest this at your peril.
