Horrible Workplace.
Exec Management Openly Despises it's employee base.
Lunatic for CEO who is Hammer/Nail pounder from bygone era.
Horrible investment.
Missed the boat on so many things and got taken to the cleaners by countless players and then ridiculed by anyone with a smidge of business sense.
Think about what could have been but the SBC ATT leadership culture and their hubris couldn't get past hammer/nail mentality.

Thank you. JS
No Future
@ar sure but these executives do not utilize talent to provide value Att is company that only has fiber to save its life and no innovation outside of that
I stay because I help make communication go. And I have invaluable skills and knowledge.
If "he" is leaving with 104 weeks $$ in his pocket, what is "he" crying about?
ATT is FUBAR! That stench you all for fu---d up beyond all recognition. Thanks Fast Eddie, RJS and Stink!
@ar dude that was some corny sh-t
Ridiculous to point at the poster and ask what she/he has done. Are you kidding me!! You have SBC hubris leading the way to the bottom. No one can stop it until the bottom is reached at which point the company will be broken apart and the valuable pieces sold. The GE model willl be walls streets template. Adios to the pensions and the hard work of all the people that built the company they SBC has destroyed. The Stank will walk away with a golden ticket and the “transactional employees” will be left holding the bag
Such a shame. I think most of the real talent has already departed and new grads are 2nd rate compared to the generations before them.
When you point, the four remaining fingers are directed back at you. What steps can you take to improve your level of innovation, talent and vision?
@ac why does anyone stay?
MONEY.
he is leaving, the 104 week VTP pays out next month
Why do you stay if you feel this way?
