Who'd you have as CEO and expect some improvement?

It really needs to be an outsider to clean house at the top. Otherwise we are going to get more of the same failed strategies and practices.

@g3 isn’t that the entire point? The company needs to get younger. Not take on another 60 year old at the helm

“Young, visionary, someone who won’t waste money on all the archaic bs these boomers do with their outdated thinking.”

This isn’t a match for the current employee base at all.

Literally anyone.

If the bad / failed acquisitions and deals weren’t enough to fire his a— how is he getting away with still being employed after the stock dipped under $20?? WTF is wrong with the board? Honestly. Are they brainwashed? Blackmailed? That stupid?

Yesh the answer is really to fire / layoff everyone else. That will right size the problem lol Ridiculous.

I agree with the person who mentioned Kate. Kate Johnson, current CEO of Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink), would be an excellent outside choice to inject real change at AT&T.

ATT = radio shack. New technology has passed the ATT rudderless leadership who only are there for self enrichment. Even the Central Offices are going the way of the dodo birds as fiber switches are mainly now at carrier hotels
