It really needs to be an outsider to clean house at the top. Otherwise we are going to get more of the same failed strategies and practices.

I agree with the person who mentioned Kate. Kate Johnson, current CEO of Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink), would be an excellent outside choice to inject real change at AT&T.
