The anxiety is keeping me awake. There are too many questions and not enough answers. I just want this whole thing to be over.

as someone who has anxiety as it is, this situation definitely f*cked me up the last couple of weeks.
I finally crashed this weekend… I slept a LOT.
for now, conserve your energy. it’s easier said than done, but it’s important. you will need it to determine next steps.
I had to tell my brain multiple times to STOP! and will need to tell it that again and again over the next few weeks.
Stop stressing over what we can't control and just make sure you always have a plan.
Remember, it's best to be prepared for the worst. Update your resume, have a list of colleagues readily available and have an emergency fund to cover expenses for at least six months.
