Bring them if they are unemployed and no one else will hire them. Get them a management position and ask the ICs in your team to do their work. All income goes to the family.

Why would anyone bring a real friend or family member into Oracle? I’d only bring in someone I didn’t like.

Does something even qualify as a “trend” if it’s a flat line?

Picture this: a hospital patient hooked up to a heart monitor with a flat line on the screen. The line shows that the patient’s heart is no longer beating and that trend indicates he is dead. He ain’t gettin’ back up. So, yeah, flat lines can indicate trends.

Does something even qualify as a “trend” if it’s a flat line? This has been ongoing for decades. Nothing new.

A very common practice to place a sibling in the org and get cashback.
