Does Centene payout sick time and PTO when you resign, Or just the PTO? I don’t think I’m going to wait on the VSP or see if I’m impacted by the layouts.

I was laid off and not paid out for 80 hours of Vacation and 120 hours of sick time. Take it now while you can.
Depends on the state. There are also state laws regarding last paychecks and penalties if you don't receive it by 5pm on your last day. Look up the employment laws for your state because Centene HR does not know all state laws (speaking from actual experience)
Just use it up all as soon as you find out you got VSP in July or if you found out you were laid off in August.
They only pay it out if there is a state requirements. I think California and another state. Just use it up before leaving.
Depends on what state you live. California will pay out PTO but not sick. I know a few others are the same.
VSP form says PTO and Sick Time will not be paid out. USE IT ALL!
