I would absolutely take it. Unfortunately we are just a number here and clearly they want us out. I’d move on to the next best thing! Close this chapter- you did your time! Best of luck!

Take the new job and start as late as they will let you, meanwhile try and also secure the package.
I was and I did. Sometimes you just have to move on and consider it a blessing. Always be respectful and give notice.
I enjoyed my time at Centene. But times change and the company is going through a rough patch right now. Hopefully I saved someone else from losing their job.

Just my opinion but I’d go with the known quantity of the new job given that you don’t know what you don’t know about how the VSP will roll out.
