@11j Yes DSM ITV is home of the biggest nepotism in the org. The COO leadership think they are the cream of the crop.

IT&V is the most useless risk function at WF. Hands down.
@r8 Some of the SLT will get the axe soon. Flowers is aware of the ineptitude in ITV from the top down.
ITV’s “Strategy” is to reduce the department by half.
@dy The first round in Q1 was a lot of SO and Officers and a few others. The 2nd round in Q2 was SM and some directors and others. Q3 is going to be a mix of all. Lizard will protect her favorites who will in turn do the same as nepotism runs strong in ITV.

There’s actually a strategy team within ITV that doesn’t do any testing and validation. They come up with the methodology. Makes sense right
How about cutting strategy?
ITV is getting huge cuts towards end of Q3. The SLT is stack ranking again to decide.
