FYI - Psychopaths: in corporate America, that number jumps to 3% to 21% for senior executives. This means 1 in 5 business leaders can have psychopathic traits. This is the same rate seen in prisons.

They actually invited PP on stage at Aspen Ideas… I wonder if she bragged about layoffs, outsourcing to India and return to office as her big three ideas to make more $$$. Inspirational.
@10b they're words and actions directly conflict with each other. Part of the reason they have lost everyone's respect. They have zero credibility.
ELT prefers RTO because everyone is forced to respect them in the halls at Edward Jones. Sad that fragile egos are behind most decisions here.
My problem is with ELT is they preach to care community and associates. If they were truthful and said, we are trying to maximize revenue and profits in any way possible, at least I could accept the new path of Edward Jones. Instead, they say they care about us, they care about culture, and yet every decision is destroying the culture (RTO, babysitting badge swiping, low pay, layoffs, offshoring, harder path to GP, etc.). They pretend to want both (money and culture), but every decision is about money. And PP is the biggest hypocrite for pretending the client chair is in the room for every decision.
They are a mixed bag of both. Some are book smart, but have zero real world thinking ability and are generally terrible at decision making, problem solving, and thinking rationally (PP fits this mold). Some are as d-mb as a sack of potatoes, but use manipulation and good ole fashion coporate brown nosing to get ahead, then wreck everything they touch (L.Mcdummy). Some are both smart and manipulative. These are the real psychopaths because they use this skill not for the greater good, but to slash and burn everything in their path for power and greed. (D.C for example)
