I applied for the VSP and those numbers are close to what I'm being offered and my tenure at centene is 10 yrs so no way is that writer's severance pay correct for a tenure of 4 yrs
I was part of the 3000 employee layoff during the Covid pandemic in early 2021. Worked for 10+ years at Centene in a salaried roll where I worked 60+ hours a week. I made a very decent salary.
There is no way the OP was offered what they are listing in this post for such a short tenure. Not sure what they are trying to pull, but this seems like they are provoking others to post what they were offered which I would never advise doing.
