I’m a remote tm in properties and I’m curious if there’s been any RTO coming that would impact me

I am in properties and have asked this too. My leader says there is not a current initiative for remote TMs moving to HQ and they continue to hire remote roles.
I don’t have any insight into that particular organization, but for the near future, within my pyramid at least, remote roles continue to be hired for as we try to maintain our current balance of hybrid/remote (probably less than 50%—30 to 40% at most). I personally don’t live in MN and wouldn’t relocate, so I’d just resign/quit working if a change occurred. But if I had the need to remain employed, I’d probably be looking to jump to something local when the right opportunity presented itself. I wouldn’t be concerned but would be somewhat actively seeking a new job.
