I applied for the VSP but I'm in a Service Coordinator role where each of us manages upwards of 200-400 cases. Will they accept us? What will happen to those cases? Not that I really give a sht I'm just worried I won't get accepted bc it's a broken fcked up system. I need OUT of that hellscape

I would say 99% of the people will be approved for VSP. Ie don’t worry.
If it was considered a critical role, they would not have sent an email saying you are eligible to apply for VSP.
Hopefully not too many of coworkers in same role applied so you will be able to escape as soon as possible.
