It's really tough to see the company introducing a VSP and facing potential layoffs. I hate that things have come to this point. I don’t wish this on anyone or any company. I like job security and steady income.

My PL told me she deleted the email right away and that they can cram their insulting offer you know where. 😂
Since we are all navigating this transition together, it is possible your leader has already submitted a VSP application. While you could ask them directly, I’d suggest holding off as it is a deeply personal decision. Right now, we are all just patiently waiting for the official VSP approvals. Wishing you good things to come.
