Managers in Third Party International are toxic, back stabbing & incompetent. Avoid this place - it's pump and dump all the way.
You all really think its TPRM and not the Evil CAO making those decisions. Its not like anyone else other than him brought in those folks. Small bank rejects with a daddy in cao. Change, Cpg included
@af Hub strategy does not extend to the Bank's operations outside of the U.S.
TPRM is sooooooo toxic and has been actively laying off hub employees in DSM and elsewhere, even though they have 100+ people still sitting in non-hubs like Florida, ENGLAND, and the soon to be exited-by-COO Saint Louis market. Nothing makes sense over here and the entire group seems to be comstantly angry and stressed out. Winning!!
I’ve heard this is true from a former third party person. They said they never experienced anything like it.
Super toxic environment. Massive amounts or cronyism and favoritism. Rules are not applied evenly for everyone either. Morale has tanked and most people, if not everybody, hates the work.
Most of Leadership all reside outside of hub locations (UK, FL) or in locations that COO is exiting within the next 6-12 mos (STL).
The whole third-party team is toxic. Unfortunately, been on it for a while and can’t get out. Hoping to be laid off soon.
Toxic team.
