I know it's tempting to wait and see what happens, but finding work is way easier when you're not desperate. This place is going nowhere fast, so why stick around?

As someone who:
1) Didn't apply for the VSP
2) Has been looking/applying
The remote job market is not great. I'm not even landing HR Interviews for roles below my current title (I'm a Lead here) and below my current salary.
I'm getting out after 2 years. Didn't realize how volatile Centene is and will do more research next time.
Spite. At this point, I'm here solely out of spite.
