The good ones are gone

It seems like they've systematically removed anyone who actually knew what they were doing. The decent managers are all gone now.

Except for EU and mainly national government projects that don’t allow non EU citizens access to their systems. However, that previously strictly enforced policy has now become a bit more flexible once the clients realise the cost savings to be had.
Not great for EU workers unfortunately.

@ag Same as America - those jobs will be lost soon, offshoring most US jobs over to cheaper cost centres of India, Vietnam, etc - USA will only be a skeleton operation

@ag there are incredibly over 10,000 yanks still... Which is something like 40% of the wage bill (and not including the senior leadership)
