@he Verizon has an inside track to this site and don’t like 8675309 getting called out.

Since he moved over it is sad to see how morale has changed, and what is said in their "leadership" meetings is pretty harsh. Leaders are afraid to tell him what is going on... the truth. But let's make all the things a "Flood" key priority, and lose all sense of planning and innovation to meet speedy deadlines. Bend all the best emps until they break and leave. Just pull levers and do throw away work to check boxes. Sweet. Good deal.

Everytime he sees me, he looks like he swallowed a bird and gets all red in the face because a few of us know that he's basically a fra*ud. Has to have like 8 people telling him stuff because he doesn't know anything.

I don’t think that’s true at all. Verizon has been hiring outside CEOs for some time now. Not to mention he has some levels he needs to be promoted to before that could happen.

On the fios side.. never met Chris Flood but a few folks in Wireless shared very self confident in his style. Strayer University educated tells me a check box education and overrated.

But years ago John Stratton was SVP with high school diploma. To date, no 4 year College degree.

Verizon doesn’t value education or ability. They just want the loudest guy in the room. Chris flood fits that bill

Verizon has an incredible track record of picking top talent to lead us. Our results speak for themselves! I look forward to the overlords picking another great leader that’s the best in the business. Let’s go team!
