Reducing Bloat

How about instead of mistreating the folks actually doing the work at the L1 level, we get rid of a LOT of the fluff at the L3 and higher level?....There are so many L3s who do nothing but host teams calls where they circlej--kand throw out "Insightful" quotes to try to sound intelligent before we spend an hour listening to something that literally could have been an email so they can feign "Collaboration". Someone mentioned that ja----s Louie Lewis earlier in this thread and he has these fu-k a-s "Jam Sessions" weekly where its just him hosting and playing his favorite music before trying to seem Insightful like we all don't have sh-t to do. I swear to god im just waiting to hear back from some roles I have applied to so I can GTFO out of Dallas for good.

So true. Same with Mobility too. But, if you’re self important..

a lot of my friends who were working towards potentially becoming managers (currently working as mi60 / floor support) have opted to just stay where they are or go back to frontline / call taking because of the lack of union that management has when it comes to the B.S that L3 and up inflict upon its management. He-l one of the AD's here in dallas hired her entire management staff directly out of one of our NEW HIRE classes...no prior management experience..no training after the title change..just people she could put in place to boss around that don't have the know how to do HER job better than her and potentially be her replacement (and yeah she does need to be replaced because she is as fake as all the rest of them). She got moved over under joe farrell when that huge investigation about the integrity stuff went on (my guess is to try to save her) and now he's on his way out. it's a sh-t show.

T doesn't train their managers.
They used to, 25 years ago.
They sent them out for a week of management training.
Now they promote some 'ta-d to a level of managerial responsibility, throw them in the deep end, and let them sink or swim. And who suffers?
But management training costs money so guess what? You're stuck with the 'ta-d of the week.

Hey people! It’s not about headcount reduction. It’s about removing the waste and since T management does know what 95% of employees or contractors do on any given day, reducing headcount the SBC way will NEVER fix anything. It’s the SBC.

I always see our local managers join those calls every week and they always look so annoyed afterwards. I have only met louie once at summit and he was drunk as a skunk. his wife looked so uncomfortable.

its funny that everyone is starting to talk about louie and how horrible he is now. Those of us in the east who had him as our l3 before BEEN knew and sang praises when he got moved. He is a creep for sure and a dedicated a--hole
