I keep wondering what the next round of changes will bring. More layoffs? Reduced hours? Title eliminations? Anyone have any insight?

@a2 because every 3 months it’s been a new announcement. 3 day RTO, then layoffs, then more layoffs, then removal of remote roles, then 4 day RTO. In Merch we’ve been through all this change in less than a year
prob full RTO 5 days a week.
Why do you think anything is coming anytime soon?
