GB is tasked with simplifying the bp process monster. The same process monster he has used to his benefit and to others detriment. What product will GB deliver to MO? He is chasing 40 years! He is not the future
AD needs 9-12 months as CoS before she is seen as ready to take GB's seat, until then there is noone to fill the role
He is the Bernadette master and he insures they…the ones that remain are well taken care of and protected. Take LJP as a recent example…every step and position is for her benefit and tribute not the companies short and longterm success.
