Being constantly told to teach and utilise AI and clearly being told it soon will replace employees, why are employees not striking?

In Union, there is strength!
Unions work. See how some caste and ethnic groups hire only their people. Those are kind of Unions too, but bad Unions! 😆
Strike? that's for union Joe. In our world we just slack and collect checks until someone notices. They haven't noticed. I sense my manager also checked out yet business keeps rolling in. G-d bless Citi. Fear not colleagues, the AI automation is decades off considering our current Jurassic platforms it would have to deal with. "Post these payments" yeah right...
Hello, Sh!tibank HR !
Unions are for wimps. If you don't like it, get out; if many get out, things will change out of necessity. Bullying is not the way to do it.
I’m doing it passive aggressively by not using it.
Employment at will
Exactly as Post ID: @b3+1kxj9dwb0 said. Then YOU start and form a Union.
You can Not get fired for trying to or actually organizing a Union.
Any employer that fires employees for this NLRB protected right will face lawsuits galore from Law Firms (and ACLU, NYCLU) who will be happy to sue a deep pocketed and well-known company.
Look at what happened to Starbucks. It cost Starbucks more money than it was worth to fire or harass employees for forming a Union.
Because there is no union. You don't show up, you get fired and solve their problem of paying you severance.
Stop asking questions and get to action.
Bro thinks we work for the LIRR
Striking will only accelerate automation, increase incentive for Citi to hire contract workers, and only give Jane more momentum to fire FTEs.
