@f8 Elcio doesn't want to talk about RTO anymore? We have been saying we don't want to talk about it since 2024 but they keep bringing it up.
Notice how Elcio didn’t display the names of the HR news on the slide like he normally does? Could it be because they’re mostly based in Chennai?

@ed I read the OP as being a Townhall given by HR, not specific to the HR business line.
Was there any RTO talk? Another thread on RMC and GB&L mentioned remote employees are asked to RTO or get laid off.
@e7 Why would a HR Townhall be for all employees? Absurd question unless you meant all HR employees.

@bm It’s some sort training for leaders on expectations going forward. Not an MC roadshow of sorts. Only sycophant bootlickers would want to hang out with MC members anyways (we have a ton of them in HR) You are saved from hanging out with Elcio and his talk about his ever growing, and expensive, wine 🍷 collection. @bg Your thinking of the client center in Harrisburg. Horsham is the HUB right outside of Philadelphia
@bf Horsham is absolutely a HUB, it sits on the outskirts of Philadelphia and houses large amount of Marketing Strategy as well as Payments Risk. The Chief Risk Officer and Credit Officer and Head of Collections for Payment Services sits there.
What’s the hub visit by MC for? Do only leaders need to attend when the MC visit hub?

@bf Horsham is in Pennsylvania. We have a client center there. It's technically not a hub, I don't think.
@b5 because there is no city of “Horsham”. It was probably meant to be Marshall, Minnesota where many EF employees are.
