I wanted out for a while, so this is doing me a favor. I feel bad for my teammates who'll have more work now, but it is what it is. I leave happy.

Same. Verizon is a sinking ship. Time to relax for once and enjoy not having to deal with mo--ns all day every day. It might take a while to get a job in this market but oh well. Whats done is done. Good luck to everyone who got laid off today.
I got impacted, and let me tell you: life outside of Verizon is better.
