I stand here on ashes and ember. Many colleagues impacted, particularly those I rely on to support and drive execution. I suppose someone will figure out how I can push any projects through without them? I will quietly and simply sit on my hands until then.

@OP projects? The ones that have multi layers lof incompetence? Bunch of people involved and nothing gets accomplished? If those are your projects...then run away from your role as the end of this useless system is coming
