My manager is suddenly avoiding me. I don't know if I did something wrong or if he knows something I don't. I tried to talk to him but he keeps finding excuses. How bad is this? Should I start applying?

@OP thats how it starts and it could take weeks to shed its ugly light but you may never know its ugly truth, fact. Because thats how its done, torture, demean without reveal, they are told to be this way. Too bad leaders are out for themselves, they just want you to be quiet and clone in. Thats why the business is tanking too much energy spent in tooo many wrong places.

@dg it wont last 15m, unless you take the time to thank both of them for incredibly hard job they are having to do. Dont stop there...also let them know they are being great professionals and that you appreciate them.
