Everyone is burned out. Not just from the work, but from the endless layoff anxiety. Management doesn't care. They'd love it if we all just left.

Lots of office people work way more hours than that and don’t get paid a dime extra. I was on a team that regularly have to work 80-120+hrs a week. Not bragging about that, but I got the heck out of there. Seems like per CWA you guys cap at 52hrs required and over that is voluntary at double pay. Thats a regular work week for a lot of people that do office work.
