Lets forget "laws". If employees are so disillusioned to the extent of filing lawsuit against employer, are those employees really going to work with commitment? Wont you fire your gardener who screams at you? And move on to the next one who is willing to work with your gardening requests? I loathe Facebook. I just disagree with these sour-grapes-crying-foul.
