Thread regarding USAA layoffs

We've lost too much knowledge

We can't have more layoffs. We've already let too many experienced people go and replaced them with new grads. The impact is obvious to anyone with eyes and it's only getting worse. More layoffs can truly harm the company and the bottom line in the long run.

@g4 If USAA sells the bank to a buyer, will bank employees still have the generous severance package from the new boss?

For USAA, the best result is to sell the bank for a good price.
With so many regulatory issues, it is hard to find a buyer.
