I don't have the same level of hatred for this place that a lot of people do, but I'm also not blind. The constant layoffs aren't a solution, they're just a way to delay the inevitable. You can only cut so many people before there's nobody left. I don't see how this ends well.

@at Middle-management is just following the direction set by upper management. There's a reason most of the executive team has been asked to leave. Accountability has to start at the top or nothing will really change.

The problem with the situation is not people. It is the decision-making skills of the middle management from 2015 to 2025 that has resulted us in such massive layoffs.
This could very well be avoided if he had never emphasized on 5g to solve the problems of the world .
Dan, at the moment it’s just trying to sustain growth and be able to develop new technologies related to 5G. 5G should help with certain areas where we had human in place and that was a monotonous job to be able to help the company with savings in the long run.
