What is the company’s policy on mari--ana? Do they still test HQ employees?

@px, applies to everyone no exceptions! They have a pretty hardline no tolerance policy against the devil's lettuce.
@ex but what if I’m an admin at the corp location?
Last thing I remember the policy said while it may be legal in certain states, the company had a zero tolerance for it because of safety concerns.
I just returned from a looksmaxxing trip in mexico. I hope the mmj doesn’t affect me. This is the only way i can decompress from the rigors of corporate refining.
@OP since MMJ is now recognized at the federal level as a schedule 3 dr-g meaning it has a low potential for abuse and accepted medical use. It seems the company is setting itself up for a medical discrimination lawsuit if they don't update the policy to accommodate MMJ patients. The Oil & Gas industry loves to stick it's head in the sand and hope the problem goes away but MMJ is medicine according to the US Attorney General as of April 23, 2026.
Yes, they do.
