They change pto in two ways for future store closure and severances. The stock together in October is on hold cause they didn’t wanna pay it out to the people who were let go cause they knew this was all going to happen this year. An it’s only going to happen the following year.

@OP , In my opinion, “they” are not done. There are lingering questions regarding voluntary separation packages for the 27% of the employee base; an extremely expensive option. VZ will have to target the other 73% of the employee base to layoff to achieve the $5B goal.
