Anyone got any emergency meeting invite from the manager?

@g3 looks like my manager added the rating and wrote nice about me. It doesn’t matter now but wanted to let you know.
About 550 downsized. Biggest wave since March.
Would chaos could ensue if people started laying flash drives around the office or send them to homes that had the contents of suggestive creative content of people they work with?
Content years in the making. Its how I've been spending my severance period in my free time actually. To be honest, started working on them since 2018.
Still here. Remote in SW Va. 12 years now. Haven’t been to a WF office since before Covid. Don’t mind continuing to work but part of me wants a package. Can’t figure out how I’m still here! It’s kind of crazy at this point. Manager says to keep going. Good luck to all who were let go this week.
@fy, they probably won't. Let it go. You can't learn anything from these managers or from the rating they would give you.
@fb I got displaced yesterday and manager still hasn’t put the rating when I checked yesterday. Can we check it after dismissal?
Anyone u recently got laid off , got IM rating in their prior performance period?
@bj exactly!!!✨✨
Why do people say "my office" like we know where that is. Got a city or any other useful info? It's anonymous, you can share.
@az I had a 2 week prenotice as well. My manager, if you want to call him one, said I did not have to work those 2 weeks. I had time to let it sink in before it was really real. That was the only good thing he had done since I was moved to his team.
In SoCal. Meeting was this morning. Cut and dried. You're laid off. Any questions. Found out most of the people in my office(tech) were laid off today.
Congrats to everyone that stayed the course, whether you wanted a golden ticket or not. You earned the benefit, so enjoy it. They can downsize all of us, but they have to pay to do it.
Why did that crank add so many fake upvotes to comment @b2 😂
Coworker in Winston-Salem who has 3.5+ decades of tenure got let go today.
My ticket got punched today. 23 years in Treasury Management payments. No surprise... Time to start the cleansing to rid the toxins.
I was on a pre-notice and knew today was the day. I liked having the pre-notice because it gave me more time to wrap up things, continue networking, and apply for roles. 60 day non-working begins today and I’m still hoping to find some internally because I don’t want to lose my nearly 2.5 decades of tenure. I was in the consumer lending change operations supporting cards and personal lending.
@ap CA. Standard 60 days non working and severance after that. Will have to search for a new job as not ready for retirement.
Locations?
@ad how many years you worked? I feel like we are lucky to get a severance as some employees didn’t get it earlier.
I too got. Remote in tech
@a7 Typical manager. No actual work to do, so you hop on the ol' WF layoff thread to bark evidence-free accusations. I'll bet your team's huddle will be fun this morning.
@a7 If you're so productive and unconcerned with others, what are you doing on this thread?
@OP I got the invite yesterday.Remote in Tech.
@OP. Yes. Myself and several others have the lucky distinction of today being our Golden Ticket day! Feel beyond thrilled to no longer be associated with these a--holes.
Mine is in 15 minutes. Not sure how I feel about it. I spent 16 years here. It has certainly gone downhill. Got the invite yesterday at 4:45
