It has been a couple of weeks now. Where are the posts about Virtuals getting relocation letters? Have the few people who kept perpetuating these fabricated rumors every few days gone?

@dh This would explain why no one is listening to Legg or Press.
Working from home right now. Does that answer your question?
The letters have happened on a few occasions so far this year. Unfortunately, AT&T doesn't really have corporate policies on things like this. They have executives making statements, then each senior manager gets to interpret what that means for their department. I live and work in an "edge" location that shut our only local office down due to end of lease during COVID. Some people in my city have received letters and surplus events, others are oblivious to their peers fate. The difference is which SVP they fall under, and that Senior Leader's interpretation of how RTO initiative should be implemented in their department.

not cool to brag on being able to work virtual
don’t get too comfortable with it…
& show some compassion for your colleagues…
Yep, but we are stuck with Stank and his bootlick brigade.
Fair enough.
@an The punch was intended for those on the top, not L1s or L2s.
Who is being unethical? The way they handle RTO was unethical. Most people that have virtual have it due to forced relocations, not because they didn’t want to go into the office.
Why don’t you blame who is really to blame for RTO and punch upwards instead of worrying about what your co-workers are doing.
Those with virtual have virtual because they refused to relocate and the company deemed them valuable enough to keep on the payroll. They took a risk, they could have just as easily been let go.
Maybe more of you should have refused to RTO.
There are so many unethical cheaters at AT&T.
Don’t feed the trolls man, they’ve been saying this cr-p about virtual employees for years now.
Just let them be mad and envious, it has 0 impact on you as virtual, just like a lot of the d-mb policies this company decides to enact.
Just do your job, be a high performer, sell the sh---y T stock, and stack cash not having to commute.
HA! You just wait and see what’s in store for you come September. Congratulations, you played yaself
You just jinxed yourself buddy.
Still virtual. Still here. Wont see you on the commute.
