I think the board will announce in Q4 for layoffs in 2027. That way no one can call CK a liar. He said no layoffs in H2.
I think the results will be solid. Our strategy is good.
I don't think so, but only because this forum usually has some quite specific rumours that precede the layoff announcements. The closer to an announcement, the more accurate they get. In advance of this earnings call, there has been nothing like that.
Yes - layoffs will be announced and on a massive scale. I know they don't want to offer VERP any longer, but they will be forced to cut heads. You can't lose close to 50% of your share price value and simply wait for it to sink lower and lower. When you have no strategy and vision, McKinsey always goes to the same playbook - layoffs of lowly workers, massive raises to execs for being so smart.
Of course since share repurchases are being used to artificially inflate EPS.
EPS will beat guidance will be meh .... pump after hours sell off in the AM
