There’s a hiring freeze because we won’t all fit in about one month.
Same as Fidelity Cares where they do some event and have to take a picture to brag about it on linkedin. It's the same Fideli-simps out there humble bragging just to be seen.
All talk, no action.
That's the Fidelity way. Make a big spectacle with no substance underneath.
