For the working class HC10 employees, they are truly training the persons to replace them. At executive level, they are proving their loyalty and will be rewarded.

Judging by the poor grammar, I’m assuming this post was made by one of those BTC engineers.
It is similar to the prisoners guiding people from the trains to the showers. Just trying to survive a little longer, but they know what is inevitable.
Most of the time when you stop doing your job your employer fires you. My guess is they’re thinking about their paychecks and their responsibilities.
