When did they announce these 9000 layoffs? Where are they? Nothing is mentioned in the meetings they have.

I wish I could volunteer to EOI now that I have been working in the new org this past year. I have heard there are still people that are on staff though 2026 that accepted the EOI buyout, I am hoping I can get on the program now. My job position was excluded from the EOI package and I wanted to take the last buyout in June 2025. Based upon what I have seen this past year with the reorg, I am ready to retire early. Please pray for me!
@ed The new model prevents the company from succeeding. Cutting the workforce and moving to overseas will not fix the inherent problems in the system. Good luck if you think layoffs will fix what’s wrong
Another 9,000 layoffs.....now if true we will be getting closer to the lean mean company that can actually be worth working for. Get rid of all the seat warmers, a-s kissers and maybe a lot of friends and Family.

Even after the reorg there's still jobs that don't need done or can be done from India
There's too many fat guys talking about the NFL.
They also have some recent divestments in flight. Won’t be long now
They realize that they have a lot of positions which are do-nothing seat warmer roles, that are not an actual business need. Don't act so surprised.
9k including the 2025 reorg. There’s people in transitional roles that are ending soon
