@a3 this was particularly interesting to me because I've been hearing rumblings about changes to branch pay that are coming soon.
They got their incentive back 2-or-so years ago, I'd be the house they're going to beef it up significantly.
I'm glad the high level New York execs were able to finally figure out how to do a conference call. That's why they get the big bucks! Although it makes me wonder if we are falling behind other banks who might have executives who know how to use a telephone. Impossible! But with some McKinsey consulting perhaps we can shore up this gap. I'm starting to think RTO stems from c suite fears they will be found out they don't know how to use MS Teams. It's honestly embarrassing working for a technology company who can't figure out basic simple tasks like how to use a microphone.
