We're down 30 percent headcount and still expected to deliver the same output. With the VSP and probable subsequent involuntary layoffs, who knows how bad it'll get for those of us left behind. Can someone please tell leadership that people aren't infinite resources?

Shareholders are of upmost importance. There is only so much you can do in an 8 hour shift. Do the best you can then clock out after 8.
