I see that one of our key AI leaders/strategists Prag is jumping ship to another bank.
Several other key tech leaders have left this last year and usually aren't been replaced by external talent.
Is all this a bad sign?

Its a cult at the top. If someone is not part of the inner circle, leaving is the best option. Until Anand Selva and some of his puppets hang around, its going to be difficult for anyone outside the circle.
Our Sr.tech guy left last year. He wrote the current 1980s platform and the cr-ppy apps feeding into it. The new folks that replaced his team left and the new-new folks have alot of questions and little context. This is funny to watch while using my HP12c to actually do work.
They are probably taking millions in packages and leaving while the regular employees gets nothing when they are fired. Layoffs is also a scam and it discriminates people
