@cw I don’t think it would hasten anything. They are already having trouble offshoring as quickly as they want to.
What do we have to lose? No union isn’tworking out very well for us.
How much so you trust any of your team mates to do the right thing?

@OP Bring this up to your best "friend" in company and see how he gets promoted and you PIPed out. How can you trust anyone in this North Korea system?
I think it would definitely help the employees keep the upper management in check, but I feel like the majority of people are cowards and wouldn’t do it out of fear.
