People work hard, stay loyal, and still get tossed aside when their skills aren't considered shiny enough. Exxon will take everything you've got and then put you on a manufactured PIP to get rid of you. Why would anyone stay at a place that treats its employees like disposable tools? I'm not waiting to be the next one.

I can relate to your disappointment, I was only ranked excellent this year so not as many RSUs as previous years
No appreciation for the efforts put in. They make you feel like you are worthless although you are not. People stay for the money and benefits, but very few these days will make it to RE. Everyone should plan their exit strategy immediately.
