I got an exceeds expectations this year. Yet I get a 1% raise. Why does EH get to make the equivalent of my yearly salary in a day when stock is in the gutter, employee morale is lowest ever, and many many innovation, marketing and merchandising flubs at Fifa 2026.
I would give him an improvement required at best.
