@OP Well said. It is prudent to leave employment professionally with class and confidence for your next endeavor. Not only does it reflect positively on your work and character, but you will be proud of yourself for moving on gracefully. It is difficult to refrain from getting emotional in your departure. But we carry that vibe to our next job. It’s okay to go through all of the emotions on your own. Then take time to heal and figure out your next move. Make copies of all of your job accomplishments, meets and exceeds expectations and messages of commendation for your records. Best wishes to all of you on your next adventure!
