If WF only cares about 8 hours at assigned office, why do you need to log in at home?

@af A few people on our team were let go, so the rest of us have had to take on additional projects. Before we moved to four days of return-to-office, I used to work overtime from home. That’s no longer practical now.

Reminds me of the old saying, you can't get to Friday without going through Monday. Most people do not get this.
