As a 30+ year, now retired, former WF Team Member; I’m here to tell you it doesn’t matter. Work your 8 hours and go home.
I goof off in the office and do all my work from home. I'm not helping the rto is more productive data.
@af A few people on our team were let go, so the rest of us have had to take on additional projects. Before we moved to four days of return-to-office, I used to work overtime from home. That’s no longer practical now.
If you don't do it, you get im, The same result as fail rto

You mean becuase they don’t monitor WFH login hours, what is the point of working extra hours at home
Reminds me of the old saying, you can't get to Friday without going through Monday. Most people do not get this.
