The amount you receive is based on CL and ranking. A CL28 that is VG receives 160 shares, 200 for E and 300 for O.
Half will vest in 3 years and the other half in 7 years. If thus is your first grant I assume you are CL 26 getting maybe 160 sh of RSU.
CL 28 get 300 sh
CL 29 400 sh
OWD gets 10% more
But with 5% PIP each year, if you are borderline top 40%...then you could drop and not get anything next year. If you get promoted into a different rank group, you will drop and get nothing. You have to stay at the top with each promotion, so it gets very competitive. and it is brutal as low performers leave or retire
1/10 of your RSUs will vest in 2035.
Generally between Thanksgiving and mid Dec.
After the Nov Board meeting where company plan is reviewed.
