Im seeing lots of people from more higher up roles ( review nurse, IT, corporate analyst etc) say they got vsp offers and dates and tons of information from their dept heads it seems like about whats going on with whos leaving and who’s affected…….but has anyone heard anything regarding the call center? Are they making involuntary cuts regardless of vsp? Some people have been here 5 years and some under a year! I dont wanna start looking for another job because its so hard to find one, but if my department isnt being affected i shouldn’t be too worried then right?

I got a feeling from the earnings call that call center is going to be streamlined,Sarahs favorite word which means outsourced.

Found this Facebook ad, this company is creating a new Centene healthcare team in Guatemala. Not sure what this means for you but I say start looking as all clues show No one is safe right now.

Nobody knows. Nothing has been released yet and even PL have not been notified which depts are going to be cut.
I guarantee your department will be affected too. Start looking and applying for jobs now - don't wait. Get out as soon as you can find something else that will be more stable. Centene in about to implode - IMO.
