My manager said the range was 0.0% to 1.5% which is almost unimaginable in this economy.
Is that company wide or just my department?

9% is unbelievably great… and you’re whining?
Exceeds, job grade K
Insulting
Do they keep everyone bonus around 10-11k is that the average permanently?
Oh sure… you can count on that. LOL.
Uh…. Not hardly.
Ha! I haven't even had my year end REVIEW yet! Let alone my "merit" increase.
If you’re smart enough to get a bonus around 10-11k then you should be smart enough to know that banks are too heavy and 90% would be lucky to get a $1,000 bonus.

Numbers shared yesterday for me. Unsure department’s average (i didnt ask). I was ‘meets’ and received 2.9% bump.
I got "meets" and 1%
Bonus cut down to mothing..by.time you pay taxes it nothing.
I got raise.
Big wigs got big piece of pie.
What is incentive to work your a-s off for nothing
I thought that B.E. Employees win the prize…
BE doesn't get anything, raise or bonus. Expect the outrage tomorrow when they find out.
We heard that the average for our group is 3.5%, but we haven't gotten our individual numbers yet.
This BS is one of the major reasons why I left this skinflint company last year.
The head of digital cries out in pain as he strikes you…
wednesday is the day. i think 1.5 is a little low but that could be if you got below expectations or met. def related to department or your team maybe youre getting the leftovers after the big lions got done with their carcasses.
The bonus and merit increase numbers will be out starting next week.
This company is cheap, period!
