If you’ve been here for one year and got laid off. How much severance did you get? I know it’s one paycheck per year worked but i heard there may be a minimum amount (3 months i think?) that you get paid.

Todd fired nobody. You may be thinking of those on your team which were displaced for cause (I.e fired for poor performance). But even here Todd graciously game them a full year SUB plan and they can still use the Bank as a reference. Todd was an every man’s CEO and we will always miss him dearly. What a calm and steady CEO through turbulent times.
In addition to what @1hcn+1lKoXgE4 said, carryover vacation days and personal days are not paid if you are let go or resign.
And carryover vacation days from a previous year have to be taken until March 31st, or you will lose them.
Unused sick time is lost. Accrued/unused vacation time is paid.
are sick or PTO days paid out if a person leave, or are they use em or lose em?
No, your Uncle Todd did NOT give 1 year. He fired thousands of Americans before we were even eligible for the covid vaccine just so he could hire cheaper people in India with fewer skills and poor infrastructure.
Todd always made it a year. He always wanted to do the right thing.
If living paycheck to paycheck resist the urge to sell off the RSUs to the insurance vultures. Keep your eyes on the future with your RSUs.
Todd gave a full year no matter how short your tenure,, even for those displaced for cause such as @ffk.
I would think yes 2 paychecks if it’s 4 weeks
That's from my separation document when Uncle Todd fired a bunch of us during the peak of covid so it may have changed.
The minimum depends on your grade level
AA to II - 4 Weeks
E to F - 4 Weeks
G to I - 8 Weeks
J to L -12 Weeks
M - 24 Weeks
Senior Leadership Band - 36 Weeks
To the first response here, is that 2 paychecks then?
It used to be a minimum of 4 weeks. Not sure if that changed though.
